Corrections
Implementation guidance should correct material errors and stale sources.
Report an inaccurate claim, unsafe sequence, stale official source, broken route, inaccessible interaction, or missing disclosure.
What to include
Provide the page URL, exact statement or interaction, why it may be wrong, and a current primary source when available. Do not include credentials, customer data, system diagrams, contracts, security findings, or confidential project details.
How review works
We compare the report with current primary material and the page's stated boundary. A material correction updates the page and review date and adds a concise note when context requires it.
