PLAN SET / 01IMPLEMENTATION DATA STAYS WITH YOUREVIEW / 2026.07
FIELD START / 00

A 60-minute implementation reset

Define the change before a product, vendor, or deadline defines it for you.

Map one current workflow, name the outcome, assign ownership, write acceptance evidence, and preserve a rollback path before implementation begins.

FIELD 01

Write the observable outcome

Describe what a person can do, verify, or recover after the change. Avoid goals such as modernize, streamline, or move to the cloud unless you also name the workflow, user, measure, and boundary.

  • Who experiences the change?
  • Which work becomes easier or safer?
  • What evidence shows the outcome happened?
  • What must remain possible during failure?
FIELD 02

Draw the current handoff

Walk one ordinary case from trigger to completion. Record each person, system, file, decision, transfer, duplicate entry, delay, and exception. This is the baseline you will compare against.

FIELD 03

Name owners and dependencies

Assign one accountable business owner plus the people who understand the process, data, security, technology, users, and recovery. Mark every account, integration, permission, and outside provider the change depends on.

FIELD 04

Write acceptance and rollback together

Define what must pass and what triggers a stop. Preserve exports, backups, prior instructions, minimum access, communication steps, and the manual process needed to recover.
